Being fairly young I still have a lot to learn and explore in the hospitality field. From my experiance starting at 15 I worked in bars and restaurants. My first job was working as a bus boy, from there I moved on to being a bar back. Later on I became a line cook and started my learning experiances in the kitchen. After learning much of the behind the scenes I moved on to become a server. This is where I truely learned to love the industry. After serving for several months I started to focus on learning bartending skills. By time I turned 21 I have spent years in bars behind the scenes. Every time I go to a restaurant or bar I focus on the details that make a bar good to being great.
